Open Casting Call! Sunday September 13 & 20, 2015
Theatre On Ice of Boston holds seasonal open casting calls, where any skater can come
and audition to skate on a team. We are seeking highly motivated, creative and competitive skaters who love expressing themselves on ice! Theatre On Ice of Boston is home of some of the most elite Theatre On Ice teams including the 2014 U.S. National Senior Theatre On Ice Champions, Act I of Boston, and the 2015 U.S. National Preliminary Theatre On Ice Champions, Center Stage of Boston. Casting for all teams is based off of the following aspects of a skater:
- Dance
- Animation
- Characterization
- Improvisation
- Confidence
- Listening Skills/Following Directions
- Overall Performance Skills
$35 per skater
Parent information session will take place during the on-ice casting for each skating level.
All skaters are encouraged to attend both casting dates and will incur a one-time fee of $35. Team levels and placement may vary depending on skating abilities, number of skaters, USFS guidelines and coach discretion.
